1. Aluminum Insert Core provides a durable connection to the mixer. This provides a secure fit that won’t wear out, crack or loosen over time.

2. Heavy-Duty Frame is made from reinforced nylon, which holds up well to the rigors of mixing. Commonly used for kitchen tools, nylon does not crack, craze or deteriorate when exposed to the high temperatures and harsh detergents of automatic dishwashers (like some other plastics). This material is so tough, in fact, it’s now being used in place of metal to make the racks in some dishwashers.
